Budapest Flat for You is the website partner of “L’Altra Casa kft”. Our company is based in Budapest and has a portfolio of over thirty apartments available for rent. We believe this is the 21st Century way to stay. Our staff has the pleasure to satisfy all the needs of the client: information, professionality, competence. For the confident traveller it is the answer to over expensive, over formal and boring visits in hotels.
The Quality of our Apartments
Our flats are located in the main districts of Budapest, and in this way, they reflect the culture of the city in which you find yourself. Enjoy your amazing experience, find your accomodation in our comfortable flats! You can let them for a minimum of a few days to several months. You could send us an enquiry and you will received the list of the apartments that allow long term rental. There isn’t a minimum period of stay. You can book your flat for the days you want!
Each property we rent belongs to a private individual. They let their apartments either if they live abroad or are travelling or because they have a second home elsewhere.
The apartments are full equipped with linen, towels, tv, tub, washing machine, “Lavazza” coffee machine and you could demand internet connection. The price is inclusive of all these utilities.
Studying in our Flats
"L'altra Casa" also has a wide range of apartment-offers for students, thanks to the ability and the qualify of our staff. With a selection of Apartments foreign or local students could find useful and wide flats at reasonable prices, near the main universities.
Chill out, put your feet up and relax in your own space. Get up when you want, eat when you want, entertain if you like or have a board meeting; you can do it all!
Office located in City center
Don’t forget that in Vaci Utca 11 is located our office .
The opening time is from Monday to Friday 9.30 – 16.30 . For any information or disease our office will represent your point of reference!
Our Complete Service
At your arrival a person of our staff will be ready to take you from the airport*, show you to the flat, and give you the keys!
*for the airport-service is requested a supplement for the taxi transport service (c.a 10 euro)
